The photo shows an elderly gentleman...possibly the artist or tour guide... surrounded by a group of elementary students. The overall mood of the photo is an upbeat positive one.

We are going to study the home country of the gentleman in the picture. (Geography) He is a holocaust survivor and has pictures to share in this gallery and he will share his experiences with us.

I think that this picture was taken after the older man donated money to a group of student at a low income school. I think that this picture will lead into a unit on social classes and cultures for Social studies.

This is a picture taken of a class field trip to a museum. The man is the tour guide. This was taken recently. We are probably going to take a virtual tour of a museum.

I think this picture shows a older gentlemen who has made a nice contribution to a school district and is posing with the students for a picture. This picture is being taken in a classroom where the students are currently in class.

I think this gentleman in the picture is in the Hall of Fame for most RBI's in the 1930's. The unit we are about to study is about the History of Baseball in America.

This kind gentleman donated money for this class of students to take a class trip to New York City. They were able to tour the Statue of Liberty, go to the Broadway show "Annie" and shop at Nieman Marcus.

This is a picture of a class taken at an art studio. The students are excited because the elderly gentlemen donated digital cameras to the class. The new unit of study is how to take professional pictures.

This picture makes me feel good because everyone is smiling. I think it was taken in an art gallery of some sort with a display of photgraphs. I think our next unit is going to be an art unit, maybe taking pictures from different perspectives.

I think students were at a museum learning about a special historic event. While they were their, a key person related to that event showed up. They were excited to get their picture taken with him and ask him questions directly about his life and the historic event in which he participated. His first-hand account of events made history come alive and seem more relevant.

I think this picture was taken on a school field trip to a museum. The photos in the background are black and white. I think that our next unit will be over a section of history that the man in the picture lived through.

I see finished photos hanging on the wall in some kind of gallary. It looks like our new unit will be photography. What fun!

I think that this picture was taken with a group of students in a school library, after the elderly man gave them a presentation on his life in the 1930's.

The children in this picture appear to be enthusiastic in the pursuit of the day. The gentleman in the center is the focus of the picture and the recipient of a wonderful exchange with the kids.
We hope they are on a learning expedition and come away with life-long memories.
